For more than a dozen years, Eleven3 has organized the annual VIP evening of GDF SUEZ at La Monnaie, Brussels’ opera house, of which the energy company is a patron
The event traditionally includes an opera performance for over a thousand guests and an haute-cuisine hors d’oeuvres supper
The key challenge for this event is to serve 12,000 mini-dishes throughout the building’s eight levels in a very limited timeframe, before and after the show and during the intermissions
Eleven3 not only manages the catering and event coordination, but also oversees the design and production of the invitations, management of the guest list, the seating plan and guest parking arrangements
